Casa de Shenandoah

Casa de Shenandoah (the residence of singer Wayne Newton), at the corner of Sunset and Pecos.

The singer has plans for a 300-seat dinner theatre just north of his property; the show will include a tour of his home.  The ranch is scheduled to open for public visits in the Spring of 2012.

A pastoral setting at the 42-acre Casa de Shenandoah along Pecos Rd.; several of Wayne Newton's horses are in the far corner.

An enlargement of the above photo shows three  Arabian horses and a foal.

A gate made of real porcelain and gold at Casa de Shenandoah (located not far from Green Valley Park).  Newton's 38-acre property is also called "Graceland West" in honor of Elvis Presley.

A photo of the gate taken October 14, 2010.

Newton's proposed home tour may also include a look at his private jet, which has recently been parked at Case de Shenandoah.  The tail of the plane is seem here from Sunset Road.
